Spinal Manipulation (SMT/chiropractic adjustments) showed a 78.3% vs imaging-guided cervical nerve root injection blocks (CRNI)at only 37.5% for sub-acute symptomatic cervical disk herniation

“Sub acute/chronic patients treated with SMT were significantly more likely to report relevant “improvement” compared with CNRI patients. There was no difference in outcomes when comparing acute patients only.”
